Hotel
Lugage storage
If you’d like to leave your luggage with us before check-in or after check-out, just let the reception team know. We’re happy to store it safely for you.
Visitors
Our hotel rooms are for registered quests only. It’s not permitted to bring visitors up to your room.
Fire safety
Queen Hotel meets all official safety requirements. In the event of an alarm, simply follow the marked escape routes. A floor plan with the nearest exits can be found on your room door. Tampering with or disabling fire detectors is strictly prohibited and considered a criminal offence. A €100 fine will be charged for any violation. If it leads to a false alarm, the police will be notified, and eviction will follow without refund. An additional €250 fine will be charged to cover disturbance and related costs.
Bicycles
Unfortunately, Queen Hotel does not have storage space for bicycles. Bicycles are not allowed in the rooms. You’ll find several supervised bicycle parking facilities near the hotel; click here for nearby bicycle parking facilities.
Grand Café & Terrace
Our grand café with heated outdoor terrace is the place for good coffee, lunch, drinks or dinner. Inside you’ll enjoy the warm atmosphere, outside you’ll overlook the vibrant city centre. We’re open daily from early morning until late in the evening.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
Check-in and check-out
Your room is available from 15:00. Arriving early? We’re happy to store your luggage so you can explore the city. On the day of departure, check-out is until 11:00. Want to spend a little more time in Eindhoven? We can keep your bags safe until you leave.
Children and babies
Children of all ages are welcome. Babies up to 2 years old stay free of charge. A baby cot can be placed in the room on request, subject to availability.
Breakfast
Start your day with a full breakfast in our grand café. Prefer something to take with you? Ask the reception for a breakfast box, we’ll have it ready for you in the morning.
Parking
Queen is located in the pedestrian area of Eindhoven’s city centre and does not have its own parking. The nearest car park is Holland Casino – Heuvelgalarie (Ten Hagestraat 6a, 5611GE, Eindhoven). Follow the exit marked “Markt” to reach us within minutes. Parking costs approximately €24 per 24 hours.

Rates and reservations
Non-refundable rate
This is our lowest rate and is non-refundable. The booking cannot be changed or cancelled, and full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Flexible rate
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Guarantee your reservation with a credit card or prepayment. If you cancel within 2 hours of arrival or do not show up, only the first night will be charged. Remaining nights will be cancelled automatically. A different rate may apply if you change or move your reservation.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €4,50 per person per night.
From 01-01-2026, the city of Eindhoven will increase this to €5,25 per person per night.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Smoking
Queen Hotel is completely non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside.
